Conditions of Fixed Price Quote:

Our quote is provided as a ‘fixed price’ and is based on the following requirements:

• quote provided is based on the actual size (bedrooms and bathrooms) selected on the quote form of the property to be cleaned
• the property to be cleaned is in an average state of cleanliness

If it is found on viewing the property initially by the cleaners that either of the above two points are present, you would be requested to pay an additional fee to cover the extra time needed to cover the extra cleaning now required to be done.

End of Lease Cleaning Checklist

Guarantee of Workmanship Offered:

If you are not satisfied with any of the cleaning that was completed by our cleaners, as long as you notify us within 24-hours (1 days) of service completion we will arrange for the cleaners to return for FREE to re-clean those areas.

After the 24 hour period we are not obligated to return for a re-clean and it is strictly at the decision of our supervisor if we do.
